Chapter 1 Teaser

The Infection is a chemical virus created by a heartbroken mad scientist. He saw that none of the species mated with one another and bashed each other with stereotypes creating a barrier between each of them. Wanting nothing more than for each species to get along, he created a "virus." The virus, chemically changed people and only responded to people who were unfaithful in their relationship. Before long, people started to panic and blame each other creating a war. Those who were infected, fed on the hatred the un-infected created, creating more zombies.
Within Four years, the subdivisions were created and The Humans went under multiple species protection and learned their ways. 6 years later, The Virus got into some of the subdivisions mysteriously, wiping them out completely. Now, People created gangs or groups and started to claim areas as their territory and killing, raping, etc., to those who enter.
The Virus has changed over the 10 years it was released. Now, the virus can be passed on by a bite instead of the "living" dying which can still happen in some rare cases.
I am Macy Adams. Currently sixteen and trapped in a security room in a air port with six other people. I am Human. I also come from the Elf subdivision.
